Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 21, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Indiana Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed new rules which adds 410 IAC 12.1-3 to add definitions and regulations for gasohol.

The Indiana Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-44-2-13. This rule will not impose a cost because it is a clarification of the statute.
