Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Veterans' Affairs intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
914 IAC 1-1-12 to revise the definition of therapeutic services. Amends
914 IAC 1-2-1 to remove and clarify language concerning application requirements. Amends
914 IAC 1-2-2 to remove the "shall" provision and redundant language. Amends
914 IAC 1-2-4 to redefine an organization's purposes. Amends
914 IAC 1-2-5 to update the grant period of performance. Amends
914 IAC 1-3-1 to add language regarding the grant period of performance. Amends
914 IAC 1-3-2 to correct a citation error. Amends
914 IAC 1-5-1 to create monthly or quarterly reporting requirements. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority:

IC 5-28-17-6, specifically
IC 5-28-17-6(9), investigating and attempting to resolve any matter regarding compliance by a small business with a law, rule, or policy administered by a state agency, either as a party to a proceeding or as a mediator.
