TITLE 914 INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Veterans' Affairs intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 914 IAC 1-1-12 to revise the definition of therapeutic services. Amends 914 IAC 1-2-1 to remove and clarify language concerning application requirements. Amends 914 IAC 1-2-2 to remove the "shall" provision and redundant language. Amends 914 IAC 1-2-4 to redefine an organization's purposes. Amends 914 IAC 1-2-5 to update the grant period of performance. Amends 914 IAC 1-3-1 to add language regarding the grant period of performance. Amends 914 IAC 1-3-2 to correct a citation error. Amends 914 IAC 1-5-1 to create monthly or quarterly reporting requirements. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
