TITLE 410 INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Agency Correction LSA Document #21-315(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In the following sections, delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health": (A) 410 IAC 15-1.1-6. (B) 410 IAC 15-1.7-1(a)(2). (C) 410 IAC 15-1.7-1(b). (D) 410 IAC 15-2.1-8. (2) In the following sections, delete "state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health": (A) 410 IAC 15-4-7(a). (B) 410 IAC 15-5-1(b). (C) 410 IAC 15-5-2(b). (D) 410 IAC 15-5-3(b). (E) 410 IAC 15-5-4(b). (3) In the following sections, delete "state department" and insert "Indiana department of health": (A) 410 IAC 15-1.3-3(e). (B) 410 IAC 15-1.3-3(e)(1) [sic, 410 IAC 15-1.3-3(e)(3)].
