TITLE 410 INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Agency Correction LSA Document #21-312(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In the following sections, delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health": (A) 410 IAC 6-2.1-6. (B) 410 IAC 6-2.1-47. (C) 410 IAC 6-6-1 [sic, 410 IAC 6-6-1(a)]. (2) In 410 IAC 6-6-1(b), delete "state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health". (3) In the following sections, delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health": (A) 410 IAC 6-7.1-5. (B) 410 IAC 6-7.2-4. (C) 410 IAC 6-8.3-11. (D) 410 IAC 6-10.1-12. (E) 410 IAC 6-12-3.2. (F) 410 IAC 6-14-2.
