TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 8-2-3 governing the use of ground blinds, trail cameras and bait. Amends 312 IAC 8-2-10 governing the use of magnets and the collection of shed antlers. Effective July 1, 2022.
