TITLE 50 DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Local Government Finance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 50 IAC 26-20-4 and 50 IAC 26-20-7 regarding computer standards for a uniform and common property tax management system to incorporate file specification changes for the revision of the Sales Disclosure Form and to make other technical changes. Public comments are invited and may be directed to the Department of Local Government Finance, Attention: Kelly Elliott, Deputy General Counsel, 100 North Senate, Room 1058(B), Indiana Government Center North, Indianapolis, IN 46204 or by e-mail to KElliott@dlgf.in.gov.
