Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 26, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 410 IAC 5.1 (LSA Doc #21-23) to revise definitions, to revise the certifications and standards requirements applicable to radon testing, radon mitigation and laboratory analysis, and to revise the documents incorporated by reference as a part of the rule.

The Indiana Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-19-3-4 and IC 16-41-38-2. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
