Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
312 IAC 9-6-1(114), delete ""White perch" means the species Morone americana." and insert ""White crappie" means the species Pomoxis annularis.".
(2) In
312 IAC 9-6-1(115), delete ""White crappie" means the species Pomoxis annularis." and insert ""White perch" means the species Morone americana.".
(3) In
312 IAC 9-8-6(k)(1)(C), delete "subdivision (B)
[clause (B)]" and insert "clause (B)".
