TITLE 75 SECRETARY OF STATE Agency Correction LSA Document #21-86(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In 75 IAC 5-1-9, delete "IC 9-31-3" and insert "IC 9-32-8-8". (2) In 75 IAC 5-1-10, delete "IC 9-31-3" and insert "IC 9-32-8-8". (3) In 75 IAC 5-1-13, delete "IC 9-31-2-8" and insert "IC 9-18.1-14.5-5". (4) In 75 IAC 5-1-14, delete "IC 9-31" and insert "IC 9-18.1-14.5". (5) In 75 IAC 5-2-3(b), delete "IC 9-31-3" and insert "IC 9-32-8-8". (6) In 75 IAC 5-2-3(b)(1), delete "IC 9-31-3-19" and insert "IC 9-32-8-8". (7) In 75 IAC 5-2-4, delete "IC 9-31-3-6" and insert "IC 9-32-8-7". (8) In 75 IAC 5-2-4, delete the text of subsection (e) and redesignate the remaining subsections accordingly.
