IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on March 4, 2021, at 10:30 a.m., via telephone conference accessible online or via telephone at:

using Access Code 180 430 7849 and Password rVDZWDUh432, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to
410 IAC 26-2-8 to state that the commissioner may take action under this section for any violation of state law,
410 IAC 26-3-2 to require licensing surveys comply with state law,
410 IAC 26-3-4 to require a plan of correction for noncompliance with any state law,
410 IAC 26.5-3-8 to state that the commissioner may take action under this section for any violation of state law,
410 IAC 26.5-4-2 to require licensing surveys comply with state law, and
410 IAC 26.5-4-4 to require a plan of correction for noncompliance with any state law.
The Indiana State Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under
IC 16-19-3-4 and
IC 16-21-2-2.5. This rule does not impose any additional requirements or costs not expressly required by the statute.
