The Air Pollution Control Division gives notice that the date of the public hearing for LSA Document #19-589, posted at 20210106-IR-326190589PRA, has been changed. The changed Notice of Public Hearing appears below:

Under IC 4-22-2-24, IC 13-14-8-6, and IC 13-14-9, notice is hereby given that on May 12, 2021, at 1:30 p.m., the Environmental Rules Board (ERB) will hold a public hearing through Zoom on amendments to 326 IAC 10-2-3, 326 IAC 10-2-4, 326 IAC 10-2-8, and 326 IAC 10-2-8.5, concerning nitrogen oxides monitoring requirements for certain sources.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of final adoption of these rules by the board. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments.
