Emergency Rule

DIGEST

Temporarily modifies size and bag limits for sport fishing on Mallard Marsh and Coyote Marsh at Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area in Johnson County. Effective March 4, 2021.


SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-7-3(b).

(b) An individual must not take or possess more than twenty (20) catfish in aggregate per day if taken from Mallard Marsh or Coyote Marsh at Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area.

SECTION 2. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-7-6(a).

(b) An individual must not take or possess more than ten (10) black bass in aggregate per day if taken from Mallard Marsh or Coyote Marsh at Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area.

SECTION 3. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-7-6(c)(3).

(b) An individual may take black bass of any size if taken from Mallard Marsh or Coyote Marsh at Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area.

SECTION 4. (a) This SECTION modifies 312 IAC 9-7-14(a).

(b) An individual must not take or possess more than fifty (50) crappie per day if taken from Mallard Marsh or Coyote Marsh at Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area.

SECTION 5. (a) This SECTION modifies 312 IAC 9-7-14(c).

(b) An individual must not take or possess more than fifty (50) redear sunfish per day if taken from Mallard Marsh or Coyote Marsh at Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area.

SECTION 6. This document expires on March 3, 2022.
