TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 675 IAC 12-3-4 and amends, repeals, and adds sections within 675 IAC 12-5 to implement statutory changes made to IC 22-13-2-11 (the law governing variances to rules of the fire prevention and building safety commission) by P. L.249-2019, SECTION 24. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 22-12-6-6; IC 22-13-2-13.
