the Indiana Board of Pharmacy will hold a public hearing to amend
856 IAC 2-3-4 and
856 IAC 2-3-5, and add
856 IAC 2-3-4.5, concerning controlled substances registrations for emergency service providers. These rules will establish registration requirements as well as exemptions for controlled substances registrations for emergency service providers.
This rule imposes a financial cost. This rule establishes a controlled substance registration requirement for emergency service providers. Per
856 IAC 2, the fee for such registration is $100.
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
