TITLE 460 DIVISION OF DISABILITY AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES

Notice of Intent to Readopt

Readopts rules in anticipation of IC 4-22-2.5-2, providing that an administrative rule adopted under IC 4-22-2 expires January 1 of the seventh year after the year in which the rule takes effect unless the rule contains an earlier expiration date. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.

OVERVIEW: Rules to be readopted without changes are as follows:
  460 IAC 2-2.1  Board of Interpreter Standards 
  460 IAC 2-3-14  Grievances; jurisdiction of grievance committee 
  460 IAC 6  SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES AND SUPPORTS 
  460 IAC 9  COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES 
  460 IAC 10  FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY STANDARDS FOR COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND PERSONS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS 
  460 IAC 11  FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY STANDARDS FOR COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES LOCATED IN APARTMENT BUILDINGS FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND PERSONS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS
