Under IC 13-14-8-5, notice is hereby given that on October 28, 2020, at 1:30 p.m., the Environmental Rules Board will hold a public hearing through Zoom on a citizens' petition requesting the adoption of the 2012 United States Environmental Protection Agency Recreational Water Quality Criteria (RWQC) for combined sewer overflow (CSO) communities in Indiana.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from all interested parties on adoption of Indiana-specific water quality criteria based on the 2012 RWQC to provide regulatory certainty to CSO communities. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the rulemaking proposal. Individuals who wish to speak at the hearing should register at:
