TITLE 856 INDIANA BOARD OF PHARMACY

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Pharmacy intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 856 IAC 2-3-4 and 856 IAC 2-3-5 to remove the waiver of the controlled substance registration (CSR) requirement for EMS providers. Adds 856 IAC 2-3-4.5 concerning EMS CSR. Public comments are invited and may be directed to the Indiana Board of Pharmacy c/o Laura A. Turner, J.D., Director, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 or by email to laturner1@pla.in.gov. Statutory authority: IC 35-48-3-1.
