Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 9, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the Moose Lodge, 1911 Westside Road, Rochester, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to amend
312 IAC 5-6-5.6 to reduce the size of the special boating zone on Lake Manitou.
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement: The proposed rule amendment would not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
