Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 16, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the State of Indiana Forensic and Health Sciences Laboratories, 550 West 16th Street, Room N114, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Department of Toxicology will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to establish standards and regulations for breath test operators, equipment, and chemicals as required by IC 9-30-6-5.

The proposed rule does not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

The proposed rule may be inspected and copied at the Department of Toxicology, 550 West 16th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
