using Access Code 610915440, the State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add
820 IAC 9 concerning convictions of concern and related provisions, implementing
IC 25-1-1.1-6.
The proposed rule does not impose any new costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
Copies of the rule are now on file at the office of the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072 and Legislative Services Agency, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
