TITLE 25 INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 25 IAC 9, delete each occurrence of "IVSBE" and insert "IVOSB" [This language does not appear, as stated, in 25 IAC 9.].

(2) In 25 IAC 9, after "Authority:" delete each occurrence of "IC 4-13" and insert "IC 4-13-16.5", and delete each occurrence of "IC 5-22-14-3.5".

(3) In 25 IAC 9, delete each occurrence of "IVBE" and insert "IVOSB".

(4) In 25 IAC 9, after "Affected:" delete each occurrence of "IC 5-22-14-3.5".

(5) In 25 IAC 9-1-2(a), delete "5-22-14-11" and insert "4-13-16.5-3.5".

(6) In 25 IAC 9-2-1(10), delete "IC 5-22-14-3.5" and insert "IC 4-13-16.5-1".

(7) In 25 IAC 9-4-2, after "Affected: IC 4-13-1;" insert "IC 4-13-16.5-1.5".

(8) In 25 IAC 9-4-2(a)(7), delete "5-22-14-3.5(a)(1)" and insert "4-13-16.5-1.5".

(9) In 25 IAC 9-8-2, after "Affected:" delete "4-21.5-3-8" and insert "4-13-16.5-9".

(10) In 25 IAC 9-8-2(b), delete "4-21.5-3-8" and insert "4-13-16.5-9".
