TITLE 846 BOARD OF CHIROPRACTIC EXAMINERS

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 846 IAC 1-3-3 and 846 IAC 1-8-1 to establish health and sanitation standards for dry needling that conform to public health standards for dry needling, and to specify continuing education required for a chiropractor to conduct dry needling and for each biennial license renewal period. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-10-1-1.5; IC 25-14-1-13; IC 25-22.5-13-3.
