Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 18, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the Department of Insurance, 311 West Washington Street, Suite 103, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Insurance will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add 760 IAC 1-81 to set forth the procedures for filing and the required contents of the corporate governance annual disclosure deemed necessary by the commissioner to carry out the provisions of IC 27-1-4.1.

Because the proposed rule is based upon the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Model Regulation promulgated by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, which is already required to be followed by IC 27-1-4.1-10, the proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs on regulated entities.
