TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION Emergency Rule LSA Document #20-171(E) DIGEST Temporarily modifies size and bag limits for sport fishing on J. C. Murphey Lake at Willow Slough Fish and Wildlife Area in Newton County. Effective May 1, 2020. SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-7-6(i)(6). (b) An individual must not take or possess more than five (5) largemouth bass in aggregate per day if taken from J. C. Murphey Lake at Willow Slough Fish and Wildlife Area. (c) An individual may take largemouth bass that are at least fourteen (14) inches long from J. C. Murphey Lake at Willow Slough Fish and Wildlife Area. SECTION 2. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-7-14(e)(1). (b) An individual must not take or possess more than twenty-five (25) each of redear sunfish and crappie per day from J. C. Murphey Lake at Willow Slough Fish and Wildlife Area. (c) An individual may take an unlimited number of bluegill per day from J. C. Murphey Lake at Willow Slough Fish and Wildlife Area. SECTION 3.
