Because the proposed rule is based upon the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Model Regulation promulgated by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, which is already required to be followed by
IC 27-1-4.1-10, the proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under
IC 4-22-2.1-5.
