Temporarily amends
312 IAC 5-6-5.6 to modify restrictions on the operation of boats on Lake Manitou in Fulton County. Effective March 2, 2020.
SECTION 1.
(a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 5-6-5.6(b) establishing the boundary of the special boating zone.
(b) A person must not operate a boat with other than an electric trolling motor or paddle in an area commonly known as the Prairie, enclosed by buoys placed at the following locations:
(1) SPC 2114452 (UTM 4544874) north and SPC 185170 (UTM 568503) east.
(2) SPC 2114363 (UTM 4544844) north and SPC 184604 (UTM 568331) east.
(3) SPC 2114622 (UTM 4544921) north and SPC 184240 (UTM 568219) east.
(4) SPC 2115393 (UTM 4545156) north and SPC 184258 (UTM 568221) east.
(5) SPC 2115872 (UTM 4545305) north and SPC 184899 (UTM 568414) east.
(6) SPC 2115639 (UTM 4545237) north and SPC 185472 (UTM 568590) east.
(7) SPC 2114954 (UTM 4545028) north and SPC 185493 (UTM 568599) east.
SECTION 2. This document expires on March 1, 2021.
