Temporarily amends
312 IAC 5-9-4 to establish restrictions on the operation of boats at greater than idle speed at specified locations on Prairie Creek Reservoir in Delaware County. Effective March 1, 2020.
(b) Notwithstanding 312 IAC 5-9-4(b), a person must not operate a boat at greater than idle speed in any of the following locations:
(1) In an area known as Campground Cove and more particularly described as an embayment located east from a line extended shoreline to shoreline beginning at a point described as latitude 40° 08' 8.9" north and longitude 85° 17' 2.6" west; and extending southeasterly to a point described as latitude 40° 08' 1.7" north and longitude 85° 16' 57.8" west.
(2) In an area known as Sailboat Cove and more particularly described as an embayment located east from a line extended shoreline to shoreline beginning at a point described as latitude 40° 07' 10.5" north and longitude 85° 16' 58.1" west; and extending southerly to a point described as latitude 40° 07' 6.1" north and longitude 85° 16' 59.2" west.
SECTION 2. This document expires on February 28, 2021.
