TITLE 872 INDIANA BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Accountancy intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 872 IAC 1-1-9.5 to eliminate the reference to testing windows. Amends 872 IAC 1-1-14 to eliminate the concept of testing windows. Amends 872 IAC 1-1-19 to remove prohibition against reexamination in testing windows. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
