Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 28, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, King Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 410 IAC 15-4 to update and add definitions and to update reporting requirements for healthcare associated infections and repeal 410 IAC 15-4-5 and 410 IAC 15-4-6.

The Indiana State Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-21-1-7 and IC 16-41-2-1. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
