TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION Emergency Rule LSA Document #20-16(E) DIGEST Temporarily adds a noncode provision to amend 312 IAC 9-3-18.2 and LSA Document #19-387(E), posted at 20190807-IR-312190387ERA, to close the river otter season. The director has determined that the allowable harvest of river otters has been reached. Effective February 3, 2020. SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-3-18.2 and LSA Document #19-387(E), posted at 20190807-IR-312190387ERA. (b) An individual must not take a river otter. SECTION 2. This SECTION of this document takes effect on February 3, 2020. SECTION 3. This document expires on March 16, 2020.
