Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 28, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Rooms 4 and 5, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Board of Tax Review will hold a public hearing on the addition of 52 IAC 4, which is proposed to repeal and replace 52 IAC 1, 52 IAC 2, and 52 IAC 3. The purpose of 52 IAC 4 is to provide a better organized set of administrative rules for appealing property tax matters with the Indiana Board of Tax Review.

The proposed rules do not have a fiscal impact.
