Temporarily amends
312 IAC 9-7-16(g), governing the taking of walleye, sauger, and saugeye from the Ohio River. Effective January 19, 2020.
SECTION 1.
(a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-7-16(g) governing walleye, sauger, and saugeye.
(b) An individual may take not more than six (6) in aggregate of the following species of fish per day:
(1) Walleye.
(2) Sauger.
(3) Saugeye.
(c) An individual may possess no more than twelve (12) in aggregate of the species listed in subsection (a) of this document [redesignated subsection (b) by the Publisher].
(d) An individual may not take one (1) of the species listed in subsection (a) of this document [redesignated subsection (b) by the Publisher] unless it is at least fourteen (14) inches long.
SECTION 2. This document takes effect on January 19, 2020.
SECTION 3. This document expires on January 18, 2021.
