IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses

SECTION 1. 410 IAC 37-1-15 IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

Affected: IC 10-17-13.5

Sec. 15. This rule expires June 30, 2020. upon conclusion of the diagnostic testing and hyperbaric oxygen treatment pilot program in accordance with IC 10-17-13.5-6.
