Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 16, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Monroe Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 410 IAC 37-1-15 to update the expiration date of the diagnostic testing and hyperbaric oxygen treatment pilot program rule in accordance with statutory requirements.

The Indiana State Department of Health has authority to adopt this rule under IC 10-17-13.5-6. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
