Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 19, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 6, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Correction will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to allow community corrections programs to deprive earned good time credit for violations of the rules and/or requirements of the program.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
