Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 4, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Board of Registration for Architects and Landscape Architects will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 804 IAC 1.1 to eliminate the requirement that applications for reciprocal registration as an architect or landscape architect be made through NCARB or CLARB, to modify the experience requirements for registration as an architect, and to make technical corrections and eliminate outdated provisions.

The proposed rule changes do not impose new requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3). The proposed rule reduces the experience requirements for architect registration and modernizes the licensing requirements for architects and landscape architects.

The proposed rule is available to be inspected and copied at the office of the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana.
