Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 2, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. EST, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (Commission) will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #18-02) to amend and add to the Commission's administrative rules regarding procedural processes and ex parte.

The proposed rules will affect most entities that interact with the Commission, in particular those using the Commission's online filing system, participating in hearings, and discussing matters with Commission staff. Any costs of the proposed rule are negligible and likely balanced by cost savings. The proposed rule may result in efficiency in the filing process, better internal and external access to documents, and clarity in the Commission's processes.

Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
