Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 15, 2019, at 2:30 p.m. EST, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #19-04) to repeal certain IURC administrative rules regarding central station hot water heating utilities, rural electrification administration, and the residential conservation service program.

There are no known costs associated with the proposed rule.

Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
