TITLE 905 ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 905 IAC 1-32.1, which governs the procedures for group purchasing agreements permitted by IC 7.1-2-3-32.
