Temporarily adds a noncode provision to clarify the application of
IC 14-22-15.5. Effective September 15, 2019.
SECTION 1.
(a) This SECTION is supplemental to 312 IAC 9.
(b) For purposes of IC 14-22-15.5, the term "individual" shall not include an individual providing hunting guide services under a program administered by the department.
SECTION 2. This document takes effect on September 15, 2019.
SECTION 3. This document expires on September 14, 2020.
