TITLE 140 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 140 IAC 7-1.1-3 regarding procedures for amending gender information on a driver's license or identification card. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions and comments may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule at the contact information provided below. Statutory authority: IC 9-14-8-3; IC 9-24.
