Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
60 IAC 3-1-1(1), delete "Commission" and insert "Administration".
(2) In
60 IAC 3-1-4, delete "commission" in both places and insert "administration".
(3) In
60 IAC 3-1-5, delete "commission" and insert "administration".
(4) In
60 IAC 4, delete "COMMISSION" and insert "ADMINISTRATION" in the article heading.
(5) In
60 IAC 4-1-1(1), delete "Commission" and insert "Administration".
(7) In
60 IAC 4-1-2, delete "commission" and insert "administration".
(8) In
60 IAC 4-1-3, delete "commission" and insert "administration".
(9) In
60 IAC 4-1-4, delete "commission" and insert "administration".
