TITLE 804 BOARD OF REGISTRATION FOR ARCHITECTS AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Board of Registration for Architects and Landscape Architects intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 804 IAC 1.1-2-1 to eliminate the requirement that applications for reciprocal registration as an architect or landscape architect be made through NCARB or CLARB. Adds 804 IAC 1.1-7-1.1 to set out the experience requirements for registration as an architect. Makes technical corrections and eliminates outdated provisions. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Written comments may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-4-1-3.
