TITLE 170 INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Repeals 170 IAC 6-3 regarding central station hot water heating utilities, 170 IAC 9 regarding rural electrification administration, and 170 IAC 12 regarding residential conservation service program. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 8-1-1-3; IC 8-1-2-4; IC 8-1-2-10; IC 8-1-2-12; IC 8-1-13-18.
