TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Repeals and replaces the 2005 Indiana Residential Code (675 IAC 14-4.3) with an amended version of the 2018 International Residential Code to govern construction of Class 2 structures. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2-2; IC 22-13-2-2.5.
