TITLE 75 SECRETARY OF STATE

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Secretary of State intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 75 IAC 7 concerning commissioning Indiana notaries public, remote notaries public, and standards and requirements for electronic and remote notarial acts performed by Indiana remote notaries public. Statutory authority: IC 33-42-16-2; IC 33-42-17.
