Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Administration Building Boardroom, Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1202 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Fair Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed rules which will establish limitations on certain activities that may occur on the fairgrounds and allow expulsion of individuals violating regulated activities.
The proposed rule will not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Contracts and Written Agreements Office, Administration Building, Indiana State Fair Commission, 1202 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
