IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The Indiana Board of Licensure for Professional Geologists is amending
305 IAC 1-3-1 and
305 IAC 1-3-4 to increase the application and renewal fees for licensed professional geologists (LPG). LPGs are independently licensed. Although a business may pay the LPG's application and renewal, it is not required. An increase in application and renewal fees to LPGs will have no impact on small businesses.
