Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 23, 2019, at 8:30 a.m., local time, at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 844 IAC 16-1-2 to add a definition of the word "consult".

This rule imposes no costs or requirements. It adds a definition to clarify what constitutes a consultation under 844 IAC 16-1-3.
