TITLE 305 INDIANA BOARD OF LICENSURE FOR PROFESSIONAL GEOLOGISTS

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Licensure for Professional Geologists intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 305 IAC 1-3-1 concerning the fees for the application for geologist licensure. Amends 305 IAC 1-3-4 concerning the fee for the issuance of a renewal certificate. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Send written comments to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 25-17.6.
